By accessing, browsing, or completing a transaction on the BARLIZ platform, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age (or using under parental supervision) and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

All product listings, stock levels, MRPs, and promotional pricing are subject to availability. BARLIZ reserves the right to:

• Limit purchase quantities per customer or order address in case of inventory constraints.
• Refuse or cancel any order placed with typographical errors or incorrect pricing before dispatch (with 100% refund).
• Discontinue or modify formula specifications, packaging, or sizes without prior notice.

We strive to deliver orders within 3–7 business days depending on delivery pincodes across India. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our handover to authorized shipping carriers (BlueDart, Delhivery, India Post).

Due to the health, safety, and consumable nature of nutrition formulations:

• Replacement Guarantee: We offer a 7-day replacement for products received in damaged, leaking, or defective condition with unboxing proof.
• Non-Returnable: Opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
